Nine intelligence systems walked into one screen. Hours became minutes.

Project Maven started in 2017 as a computer-vision effort to make sense of drone video. It grew into the Maven Smart System, the Pentagon's AI-enabled targeting platform — fusing satellite, drone, signals, and geolocation feeds into a single interface used by more than twenty thousand people across three classification domains, and leaned on heavily during Operation Epic Fury's 13,000 strikes in 38 days. It was designated a formal program of record in March 2026.
