Every item is made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 7 to 20 business days internationally, depending on destination.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages from different production facilities; you will receive tracking for each.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel moves. If tracking has gone quiet for more than a week past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will chase it.
International orders
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to the facility due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.
